Baked Mushroom Ravioli

Serves 2


1 pack 500g quality Mushroom Ravioli
150ml cream
3 green onions, sliced
200g mushrooms, sliced
150g grates cheddar
1-2 tbsp butter
Splash of white wine


Preheat the oven on broiler at 250 degrees Celsius.
1. Place a pan with water and a bit of salt and bring to boil. When boiling add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions, minus 1 minute. Remove ravioli from water and set aside.
2. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the pan with butter, on high heat.
3. Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
4. Pour cream and mix. Add grated cheese, reserve some to sprinkle on top at the end.
5. Add ravioli and mix slowly to combine them with the creamy sauce.
6. Put the mixture in an oven pan if your pan is not oven proof, sprinkle cheese on top and pop in the oven. When golden and crispy on the top remove.

This dish goes perfectly with a Crispy Green Salad and a glass of dry White Wine!
